Stepstone Professionals is a small family owned Spokane business that believes in doing things right the first time. We value Quality over Quantity and have a passion for helping others turn a house into a Home. As a prior military family, we know the challenges of moving to a new area and the excitement of finding a new home. After 25 years moving around the world due to military assignments, we understand the moving process and the many steps of finding the right home. In 2006 we purchased a newly-built home in Medical Lake and learned a love of renovating the rough basement into an inviting living space. That project taught us how to “see through walls” to understand the hidden systems inside. In the last 5 years, we have renovated 3 homes as a family. After leaving the Air Force, we worked for several years providing home repairs and found that exploring, learning and teaching about houses gave us the most fulfillment. We love working with first time home buyers and introducing them to all the details of the new home. We take pride and time walking the buyers through the home and answering any questions or concerns. If we’re not actively inspecting, we’re learning about some aspect of building science for new construction or a snippet of history to better understand classic 100 year-old houses scattered around Spokane.
Our philosophy for home buyers: Every house is a great house, for the right buyer, at the right price. Everything is fixable, problems are just opportunities in disguise. Our goal is to provide the information you need to decide which house will become your home.
