We’ve been there – as a young military couple using VA funding, we lived the thrill and anxiety of the first-time home buyer on a tight budget. Our 130+ point inspection will examine your new house across the roof, exterior, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, foundation, structure and interior, including accessible attics and crawlspaces. After the inspection, we’d love the opportunity to walk through the house to share what we’ve seen and answer any questions.
We aim to provide you with a written report within 24 hours. The report will be easy to understand and will include photos and diagrams to illustrate any attentions items we find. We'll also give you recommendations for repairs or replacements.
